Prerequisites
To create AI reports, you need:- The administrator role (or super administrator)
- Approval by the super administrator (the report feature must be enabled for you)
- At least one uploaded data file
Create a report
- Click “Reports” in the sidebar
- Click “New report”
- The report editor opens:
- Prompt – Describe what the report should contain (for example, “Create a P&L analysis with a comparison to the previous year”)
- Main data file – Select the primary data file
- Additional files – Optionally add more files
- Click “Generate”
Token usage
Each report generation consumes tokens. At the top of the report view, you see a bar that shows your monthly usage relative to your quota. Token quotas are assigned in tiers:- Starter – Small quota for occasional reports
- Standard – Medium quota
- Professional – Large quota for frequent use
- Custom – Set by the super administrator
View and edit a report
After generation, the report appears as a draft. You can:- Preview – View the report in preview mode
- Edit – Adjust the prompt or data and regenerate
- Charts – The report can contain charts (bar, pie, and line charts)
Publish a report
- In the report, click “Publish”
- Select the companies the report should be visible to
- Confirm the publication
Filter and search reports
In the report list, you can:- Switch between card and list view
- Search by title
- Filter by “All” or “My reports”
- Sort by columns
Delete a report
- Click the delete icon on a report
- Confirm the deletion
AI settings (super administrator only)
Only the super administrator who configured the AI can change the settings:- In the report view, click “Settings”
- Select the AI provider: OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), or Google (Gemini)
- Enter the API key
- Select the model
- Save the settings
Manage report access (super administrator)
The super administrator can set for each administrator:- Whether the report feature is enabled or disabled
- Which token quota (tier) is assigned
- For the “Custom” tier, a user-defined limit
